Health Care Quality is getting the right care to the right patient.

Report cards on health care quality provide important information to help you make choices to improve the quality of your own care.

The Office of the Patient Advocate develops 3 online Health Care Quality Report Cards. The OPA Report Cards show scores on the care provided to over 16 million Californians who typically get their health insurance through their employer.

Find the 3 OPA Report Cards listed in the dark blue box below for more information on 10 HMOs, 6 PPOs and approximately 200 medical groups. In the light blue box below find 5 Other Report Cards for other insurance types or health care facilities.
