The California Office of the Patient Advocate (OPA) is one of many organizations involved in reporting on the quality of California’s health care system. OPA has been producing a report card on health plans and medical groups since 2001 (see About Report Card Ratings and More). In this section, you will find links to just some of the numerous other sources of information on healthcare quality including domains of quality, primary data sources, state and national quality reporting programs, research and policy reports, and useful tools for consumers.
