Healthy Families
All children enrolled in the Healthy Families Program have been transitioned into a new Medi-Cal program called the Optional Targeted Low Income Children Program (OTLICP).
For families with children who need health insurance, here are a couple of options:
- Apply online for no-cost Medi-Cal (and the OTLICP) at www.benefitscal.org; or
- Apply online with Covered California at www.coveredca.com to see if you qualify for financial assistance with premiums for health insurance.
