Why is it important to be satisfied with your plan services?

Getting information about your plan in a timely manner is important. This information may include the cost of services and clear explanations of how to pay your costs. Highly rated HMOs and PPOs provide excellent customer service, make it easy to find information about costs, and process your claims quickly and correctly.

What do the scores mean?

The stars tell you how successful each health plan was at providing patients with the information they needed to get the right care at the right time during 2021. More stars are better.
