Why is it important for adults to get the right care?
Good care means getting regular check-ups, getting vaccines on time and getting medicines when needed. It also means checking for problems if you take medication for a long time. Highly rated PPOs make sure that you get recommended tests and treatments. Highly rated PPOs also make sure that they do not give you any unnecessary treatments that are either unhelpful or could cause injury or illness.
What do the stars mean?
The stars tell you how successful each PPO was at helping adult members get the care they needed. More stars are better.
