Medical Group Report Card Ratings for Medicare Advantage Members 2025-26 Edition

Quality health care is getting the right care at the right time.


The Office of the Patient Advocate compared medical group Medicare members' records in 2024 to a set of national standards for quality of care to make sure that medical groups are offering quality preventive care and service to Medicare patients.

The star ratings displayed below combine the scores of the health measures listed in the box in the right column. To see ratings for these measures, click on each.
