Why Isn't My Health Plan Listed?
Can’t find your health plan in the Health Plan Quality Report Card ratings? Here are some reasons why you may not find ratings for your health plan:
- More than 90% of all California HMO enrollees are members of the ten HMO plans reported here; although there are more HMOs in California, these ten are the largest HMO plans.
- Only six of the larger PPOs in California voluntarily reported their quality performance.
- If you belong to a smaller plan, it is not rated because many smaller plans do not publicly report their quality results.
