Why is it important to be satisfied with your plan doctors?

Getting high quality health care means getting care that meets your needs. Highly rated HMOs and PPOs make sure they provide you with access to quality primary care doctors and specialists who are able to clearly communicate important information to you and who honor your preferences and priorities. These doctors are able to clearly explain your health problem and provide helpful instructions on what you need to do to take care of yourself.

What do the scores mean?

The star ratings tell you how well members rated their experience with their doctors and care during 2018. More stars are better.
